Vinification: After the harvest the grapes are left macerating for twelve days. The wine is later left aging in tonneau for three years, and then rests in the bottle for three more.

The Merlot Leopold grapes come from historical vineyards in Oslavia, about sixty years old and with a very low yield of kg per plant
