Vinification:
The grapes of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc are harvested and vinified together. After twelve days of maceration
the fermentation ends in stainless steel tanks. The maturation takes place for three years in tonneau and barriques, and the wine is later aged in bottle for three or four more years.
